Your LaFollette adventure begins at this welcoming 4-bedroom home overlooking the lake. Multiple decks provide the perfect spots for morning coffee or winding down after a fun-filled day. Enjoy easy lake access with a seasonal dock, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, canoe and ladder into the lake. Ideal for swimming, fishing, or boating days during warmer months. Kids will enjoy the outdoor playset offering a fun and safe place to play while adults relax nearby. There is plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone. Four bathrooms make mornings simple and stress-free. The floor plan offers plenty of room to gather, play, relax and let the good times roll. Whether you’re spending the day on the lake, exploring nearby trails, or creating memories at local attractions, this home is a perfect basecamp for your Tennessee getaway.
We are located 14 miles from I-75 (Caryville, Lafollette, Jacksboro exit 134) There is approximately 2550 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It sleeps 14 comfortably. Parking is available right outside the retreat with 4 to 5 steps to enter.
Main level or first floor has kitchen, living room, and full bathroom with television, DVD player. Patio doors leading to the deck provide a gas grill, table & chairs to enjoy the views. The kitchen is furnished with cooking utensils, cookware, dinnerware, toaster, blender, air fryer, crock pot, griddle and coffee makers (Keurig & Mr. Coffee).
The second floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and patio doors opening to a private deck. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.
The basement has one bedroom with queen size bed. The rec room has tabletop shuffleboard, air hockey, dart board & TV. There is a full bath with laundry facilities.
The dock is 18' x 28' mostly covered with sunbathing area (the activity of sitting or lying in the sun, usually to relax, absorb vitamin D, or achieve a suntan).
Norris Lake has pristine waters it has 96% purity 1/2 million acres and is the cleanest lake in Tennessee and one of the cleanest in the entire world it has over 21 Marina's 13 of which have live music and restaurants, we are located between Whitman Hollow and Sequoyah Marina's by water and Whitman Hollow and Shanghai Marinas are close by land all 3 have restaurants live music and boat rentals, there are 100s of secluded coves, Norris is in the top 10 for fishing top 25 for bass fishing, 800 miles of shore line has 3 state parks Cove Lake, Big Ridge and Norris Dam state parks located at the foothills of the Cumberland Mountains near the city of Knoxville the 7th fastest growing city in America, come and visit us come and see what is special about our place.

This place was SPECTACULAR! The view of the lake from the property is stunning. The home is secluded in the woods with neighbors, but they are at a good distance away. The dock appears to be the last dock in a cove so it was also super private and secluded. The home itself is beautiful, and we could not stop raving about the property and all it has to offer. The house has everything you could possibly need, even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers full in every shower in the home. I have never stayed at a place that provided this many essentials to their guests. The nearest town is only about 15 mins away and has anything you may need. We rented a boat from a local marina for a day and the views of the lake are unmatched. We would recommend this property to anyone, and we hope to revisit one day. It was simply perfection. You won't regret your stay!
