Welcome to the Circle F Ranch Bunkhouse—your private retreat in the heart of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. Located less than five miles from I-81 and just minutes from historic downtown Woodstock, the Bunkhouse offers peaceful working-ranch views without sacrificing modern comforts. Also close proximity to Bryce resort, Shenandoah national park, skyline drive, luray caverns and much more!
The space features two comfortable bedrooms—one king and one queen—each with brand new memory foam mattresses, new pillows, down comforters, luxurious 700 thread count linens, and premium towels. The primary suite includes a private attached full bathroom and its own television for added convenience and privacy.
Enjoy sweeping Appalachian views from every window, where you may spot Circle F’s Tunis sheep or Black Angus cattle grazing nearby. Not to be missed are sweeping star scapes and countryside peace and quiet
The fully equipped ranch kitchen includes modern appliances, dishwasher, cookware, spices, and kitchen basics. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use. The property provides detergent, dishwasher pods, and basic amenities like coffee, cream, sugar etc.
Please note: The Bunkhouse is located on an active working farm, and guests may experience the natural rhythms of ranch life, including livestock sounds or occasional farm equipment.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Circle F Bunkhouse. The views were amazing. It was exactly what we needed to escape the rush of the city. We enjoyed our visit so much that we booked our next trip before we left.

Wonderful stay at the Bunkhouse! Cozy and beautifully decorated. Serene environment with gorgeous mountain views. Thoughtful touches and everything we needed was supplied. Would definitely book again if in the area!
