About this apartment rental
Large living room with kitchen, dining table, and wood-burning stove; bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The perfect base for hikers, mountain bikers, and motorcyclists.
The rental price includes Wi-Fi, a smart TV, final cleaning, bed linens, and towels. We’re happy to accommodate additional requests, such as lighting the stove or setting up the grill area. Just let us know.
House and Location:
The vacation rental is located in a quiet spot on the Hunsrück plateau, right on the “Kirchspiels Tälertour” premium hiking trail. Ideal for two to three adults. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
Directions:
Our farm is located in the small village of Fronhofen in the parish of Kleinich, diagonally across from the historic village chapel. Be sure to enter 54483 Kleinich, Fronhofen 14 into your GPS (not Fronhofen near Simmern!)
Minimum stay is two nights; three nights on long weekends or holiday weekends.
Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked safely and sheltered from the weather in our barn.
On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged after booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. / Check-out by 12:00 p.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Keys must be returned in person upon departure. Please let us know your preferred departure time the evening before. Pets are not allowed.
