The kitchenette has all the essentials despite the limited space. It's fine for a short stay.
The curtains block out the light fairly well (there's room for improvement, but they're not bad).
The card entry system is very convenient.
The appliances are new and high-quality (except for the countertop around the sink, which was damaged by previous tenants).
Everything is modern and very clean. The housekeeping service is perfect.
The bedding is spacious and comfortable.
The location is very convenient. Many trams pass by just one block away, with a two-stop ride to the train station.
There's a large supermarket one block away.
The trash can in the kitchenette is too small (it’s the same size as the one in the bathroom, when it should be three times bigger—especially since there’s room under the sink). Note that there is no freezer compartment.
The air conditioning control panel is extremely distracting at night (has the owner ever spent a night in a bedroom?), so I had to block out the blue light with whatever I had on hand—namely, a kitchen dish rack. These controllers should be equipped with a light-blocking flap.
On the ground floor, it’s very hot, and since there aren’t any cool nights even with the window open (it’s completely quiet, except maybe for the sound of Porsches in the morning), you have to use the AC.
Finally, the Wi-Fi signals, emitted from a transmitter located in the hallway, are too strong, and this has severely disrupted my sleep. This is the problem with communal transmitters that cannot be turned off at night; for anyone who is electrosensitive, it remains a critical issue.

Me gustó que era muy céntrico y cómodo
No me gustó que no tuviera citófono las habitaciones solamente con tarjeta y no no no ser posible controlar el departamento. La última vez que estuve una persona llegó al edificio creo que era la encargada y miró con muy mala mirada, como no sé si con clasicismo o algún prejuicio, pero pudo haber estado equivocada y sea solo seria hola cara común de la gente no lo sé, pero nada grave
