The location was close to the town square and very walkable to city center and surrounding areas. The bedrooms were air conditioned which made sleeping easier and they are located towards the rear of the home away from the street noise.
Living room is in front of home so you will hear the street noise. It’s not air conditioned and a fan was provided. There is no onsite parking space and the host recommended a parking lot around the corner from the house and we were charged $230mxn instead of the $150mxn standard overnight parking rate. I asked the host about her not being upfront with her guests (i.e., any recommendations you take from the host will include an extra hidden fee that you’re unknowingly paying and it goes to the host for basically not doing anything but giving you recommendations so she can make additional money off her guests on top of already paying to rent her place.
I went to a cenote Uayma and I had already researched it and planned on going but I asked the host about it just to make sure it was appropriate for my young kiddos. So when I arrived they asked are you guests of Airbnb Priscilla and José I was surprised and it was creepy and off putting being asked because of this extra fee practice and side hustle the host Priscilla has going on.
**If you stay here to save money do not ask the host for recommendations go to a parking by Don Luis hotel it’s $150mxn overnight and if you want a cenote 15 minutes away that is not as busy like Zaci go to Uayma they have basic facilities bathrooms, outdoor shower to rinse off. Just note that to access the cenote you need to walk down a long stretch of wood stairs. It was doable for us we had a 3 year old I carried down slowly, 9yo, husband and 79yo grandad who has no knee issues and is relatively fit.

Grosszügige Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage mit kleinem Garten und Pool. Parking entweder in den umliegenden Strassen oder gegen kleine Gebühr auf bewachten Plätzen gleich um die Ecke. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Bad als Verbindung dazwischen. Ein Schlafzimmer separat mit Zugang durch den Garten mit weiterem Badezimmer. Bequeme Betten!Sehr gute Informationen und viele Tipps durch die Vermieterin. Die Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten.
Bei 6 Personen wären 2 zusätzliche Stühle im Garten und zusätzliche Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer wünschenswert.
