Incredibly disappointing experience and deceptive advertising. Not recommended
The accommodation was clean, had decent facilities and the staff were responsive and helpful.
The advertising of the property is disingenuous. It is described as "luxury" accommodation and is anything but. The use of photos is also deceptive. Before the booking was completed, the property was presented with one set of photos. After the booking was complete, a completely different set of photos was then shared. On arrival, even these were shown to be deceptive, likely accentuated with wide angle lens. The actual property was tiny, literally smaller than my living room. The place was also incredibly basic, with token decorations and tacky gold paint the only claim to "luxury" accommodation. It's also no surprise that there were no pictures of the bathroom beforehand, as it wouldn't have looked out of place at a Travelodge. Added to this, parking was a nightmare. There was only one allocated space available and the layout of the property made it incredibly difficult to even manoeurve my vehicle to the reserved space. There were also small niggles that topped off the experience. An empty pillow case was just left on one of the chairs, one of the bedside lamps didn't work and the complimentary milk had gone off. All relatively small things but speak to a lack of care in the customer experience.
We were booked in for three nights but given how unfit the property was to accommodate two people, we ended up leaving after one night. A deeply disappointing experience.
