Everything. It was very charming.
Nothing about the property itself, the bathroom doorhandle in 105 needs maintenance. Also the sheets are… less than comfortable.

The location is central and the room was comfortable, big and well designed. The Wellborn restaurant is fun and buzzy.
There is a complete lack of atmosphere which is due to the lack of staff. The location whilst central is tucked under a series of highways and busy roads. When the Wellborn was open, there was a lot of noise heard in the room.

The location is very convenient, but not for everyone. It is located on a cul-de-sac street in a historic neighborhood, but the front of the building faces an off-ramp for an expressway. Plenty of street parking and a public garage next door. Paid parking was available in front of the house as well. The views out of the room windows are not of the street however, they are of the beautifully landscaped property and the bar/restaurant behind the house. Bed and furnishing were comfortable, everything was very clean and in good condition. You can order food and drinks from the bar/restaurant and they will deliver
I thought this was a great place to stay, but I don't think it is for everyone. There is not on-site staff, it is a 100+ year old historic house and it has lots of imperfect charm and character. Things are not pristine nor are they in perfect condition. I like the charm of this property, but I know that others might find it uncomfortable. You could hear noise and music from the bar in the room, and I imagine I would have heard my neighbors if I had any (again its a 100+ year old house). This doesn't bother me, but it might bother others. They do provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. w

Das Hotel ist sehr süß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die späte Anreise war problemlos mit Türcode möglich.
