The house is very well maintained
There is a screen only in one window.
Lots of Miskitos and impossible to open the windows.
There are couple of ventilators but the house stays hot.
Parking is based on availability and there is free parking 5 minutes away from the property.

La casa è nuova, molto spaziosa, ben arredata, completa di tutte le dotazioni necessarie, con ampio giardino.
La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, nonostante una prenotazione last minute.

Friendly host, very lovely property/ground floor apartment with garden, all amenities and not far maybe 15min walk from centre of town. Excellent very cheap pizza shop 3min up the road. The cheapest pizza place in all Italy. 9 euro!!!
Onsite parking.
Wish the address and name was clearly labelled out on the street fence.
