Good location , not good cleanliness

Good location, WiFi was good . Oven and hob good quality

Cleanliness, bath only functioned as a shower , issues with bed in 2nd room , light fighting hanging loose and plug sockets hanging loose , Multi socket adapter in bedroom sealed in place but cable to short to connect to anything .

It was okay but at the start we tried contacting the owner and she didn’t answer. Apart from that it’s been an okay stay

It was nice and cosy just to stay there.

Some of the plugs were a bit dodgy and some things were hanging off the wall

A basic place to sleep rather than spending any time there.

The location - an easy walk to beautiful beach

Lack of basic facilities- mis match of bedding/crockery/glasses/no cooking utensils/no oven trays/very poorly decorated which I guess is reflected in the price

Nice quiet peaceful rest house in a great location to walk along beach front towards rides or Marsden Grotto.

Nice short distance walk to the running man roundabout/ The Crown. Adequate bedding for the numbers we had & kitchen facilities.
