Chalet precioso y muy nuevo en Chiclana, pero con detalles negativos

Casa amplía en general (habitaciones, baño, salón/cocina, jardín, piscina...) y muy nueva El jardín con la piscina de muy buen tamaño, con su fuente, y sus luces de colores, muy bonito y acogedor. Con un baño en el patio, para no mojar la casa. Parking privado para el coche, no dentro del mismo chalet, pero en un recinto intermedio entre la calle y tu chalet Ubicación buena, zona de casitas de campo, pero con camino asfaltado, y a 10-15 minutos de multitud de restaurantes, tiendas, comercios, playas... Y en 20-60 minutos en coche llegas a la mayoría de las poblaciones o ciudades cercanas (Cádiz, Jerez, Puerto de Santa María, Conil, Vejer, Zahara, Barbate, Tarifa...) por lo que es muy buena opción.

Hubo un par de cosas que no me gustaron, pero que con un poco más de dedicación e información, harían que hubiera sido una estancia perfecta: - La piscina tenía por todo el borde unas manchas amarillas de suciedad, debida a falta de limpieza. Tengo piscina en mi casa, y esa suciedad es por no cepillar y limpiar la zona durante mucho tiempo. Con un poco de dedicación cada 15 días estaría perfecta y reluciente y daría mejor imagen. - Los olores de los baños, olor a cloaca, a huevos podridos algún día, que hacía insoportable estar en la casa durante horas. Parece que debe ser lo normal y habitual en casas de campo de esa zona, y nosotros que ya habíamos ido por la zona de Cádiz, nunca nos pasó. La solución del alojamiento fue "vete a mercadona y compra productos para limpiar fosas septicas o lejía" y "son cosas del mantenimiento de una casa de campo que tu debes hacer". No me parece de recibo que si todos los días salen esos olores de los baños (por culpa del viento, parece algo habitual en la zona al parecer) no se informe de ello ni en booking ni al llegar al alojamiento. Creo que con informar de ellos previamente a la llegada, o con una nota en el chalet, y dejar una botella de lejía o algo, al alojamiento no le cuesta casi nada....y la apreciación del cliente sería mucho mejor. yo entiendo que tengo que comprar papel de baño, o aceite si quiere cocinar, pero me CHOCA que para vivir sin fuertes olores desagradables, yo tenga que ir a comprar lejía a un supermercado...cuando siendo algo que te impide vivir con normalidad en la casa, deberia el alojamiento proporcionarlo e informar de ello al llegar. Si no fuera por esto, hubiera sido todo perfecto.
