Wonderful stay, with great potential! 😊 Had a really lovely time at the Wyndham. The room was comfortable, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and everything went perfectly.
Nice stay with great potential. The resort is lovely, but the pricing felt a bit high for what was offered. Given the spacious room sizes, having a bathtub and including a complimentary or a built-in day bed or mattress for a child—would have made a huge difference. These would be fantastic upgrades for the future!

Decent room size and comfortable beds
This place was really shambolic..after arriving from a proper 5 star hotel, it really highlighted the differences. The place was new but unfinished, sewage smells from the bathrooms in the rooms, a wire sticking out by the swimming pool (!) which I told the staff about, only to be informed it wasn't live and was fine. We were served raw chicken at dinner, and this was only taken off the bill after a second complaint a day later..our room wasn't cleaned until the evening even though directly asking the cleaning staff to to do it in person and then endless phone calls and visits from different staff to follow up on it after my complaint. And we kept being disturbed in our room by the staff in person and by phone to ask us to describe our issues and also to ask us to come to dinner..never again!!
