Horrible location, horrible host, avoid at all cost!

The location of the flat is in a bad area of Casablanca with chicken butcher and noisy market in front of the apartment door. There was only one set of towels whereas the apartment was meant for two. My request for one more set of towels was not actioned. The water in shower was just dripping and I raised this issue and the host told me that nothing can be done as the apartment is on 6th floor, I find this unacceptable.

On Sunday 2nd August afternoon, someone from the property management banged my apartment door and started abusing me to say visitors are not allowed in front of my visitor who left immediately. I was threatened by him. Then the host sent me a WhatsApp message to say that I have violated House Rules which was never given to me by Booking.Com, neither in the posting of this property and nor during the checkin. I vacated the apartment on Monday 3rd August just after 3 nights even though I booked it for seven nights, now host is refusing to refund.

Le canapé lit n'avait pas de draps housse, ce n'était pas agréable de dormir sur du tissu et peu hygiénique. Propriétaire réactif et courtois.

Tout est parfait

L'appartement est tout neuf et très bien équipé (TV chambre et salon et tout le necessaire de cuisne et de toilette). Il y a des petits commerces juste à côté café, restaurant, épicerie. L annonce dit 10m2 mais c est juste la chambre vous avez un appartement pour vous tout seul. Le wifi est de bonne qualité ainsi que le système de climatisation.
