The location is superb. It is very near Princes Street and Princes Street Gardens. Lots of restaurants within the area as well. We weren’t able to do late check out as the place is booked on our check out day, good thing there’s a place where we can leave our baggages 3 mins away walk from the place. Glad I searched for that one, so if you’re same with us that the flight’s in the evening there’s a place you can leave your baggages just search for it. ALSO THE PLACE IS SO CLEAN WHEN YOU ARRIVE. LOVED IT.
The stairs to the room. I know it’s indicated in the information of the place before booking but I thought it’s just first floor to the second floor. We walked like 3 flights of stairs going to our room. I don’t recommend the place if you have an elderly with you, but if you’re young go for it. The place is perfect. One last thing is the shower, the drain is so slow when you shower so it’s prone to flooding. We need to be super cautious when showering so that it won’t flood. Maybe you can fix the drain so that it will drain faster and avoid flooding because the small shower is okay but slow draining is not. But overall it was okay.

Very easy contactless check in with no manual keys required to pick up or carry around. Great location, clean room and comfy bed. Ensuite room bathroom was small but clean and had all toiletries you need. Nice having the bay window with seating, you could see the castle and the sea.
You have to be careful with the shower curtain to avoid flooding the bathroom; as long as you keep it inside it's fine but would be better to have an actual cubicle.

The location was great. Prices were high due to the Fringe Festival and Military Tattoo.
I know that I booked a loft room, but I did not realize it would be 80 steps to get there. In addition, the property was not staffed to accept luggage before check-in so I had to find alternate arrangements.
