The property was in a good location, near to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants but was fairly quiet at night. It was clean and had everything I needed.
I was given the wrong pass code for the keysafe. A few little things like the shower and fridge doors didn't shut properly, one of the blinds didn't stay down and there were no terrestrial TV channels although Netflix and iPlayer were available. Footfall above was noisy at times.

se escuchaba todo, nosotros nos quedamos en la 4 y en la 5 había gente y escuchábamos todo lo que hacían los pasos el baño… además en nuestra habitación hasta la nevera había ruido

Pro: Stanza graziosa e pulita.
Contro: Poca insonorizzazione, bagno cieco e senza ventola di aspirazione.
Grandissimi problemi di gestione: richiesto con una settimana di anticipo il check in anticipato, mi viene confermato alle 10:00. Io arrivo alle 10:10 e non c’è nessuno. Chiamo per chiedere dove trovare le chiavi e mi dicono di tornare alle 11 perché la camera non era pronta. Alle 11:15 torno e di nuovo non c’erano le chiavi nell’apposito “contenitore”. Richiamo e mi dicono che l’ospite precedente è irraggiungibile. Mi viene chiesto di attendere ancora. Alle 11:45 mi viene dato il via libera dicendo che le chiavi erano in un altro scompartimento. In realtà non c’erano nemmeno sta volta. Richiamo (arrabbiata dopo due ore di attesa) e alle 12 arriva uno a darmi le chiavi dicendo che potevamo lasciare le valigie ma la camera era ancora sporca e sarebbe stata pronta alle 15.
Tutto questo era evitabile rispondendo semplicemente no alla richiesta di check in anticipato. Ci saremmo organizzati diversamente.
