Location
Atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was great
Outside view of lake was lovely
Wood fire in bar was appreciated on a winter night
Staff were excellent
Our room was tasteful and was in the courtyard area.
Breakfast was excellent and the steak was best streak we have had in ages so compliments to kitchen staff. Bar staff were also very attentive as were reception
Would not book in courtyard again due to inconsiderate other people allowing kids to run around in the courtyard at 7.30 while they were inside eating breakfast. I also felt too pricey for that level of accommodation

Great location, clean rooms, reasonably sized rooms.
It is very expensive for what you get. Check out at 10am is very early and the inability to continue to use the pool after 10am on the day of check out is very disappointing, particularly for the cost and when it’s the off season and the pool is empty.
