We were met by a woman at the building entrance, who showed us where the keybox was located and took a photo of the key when I opened the box with the code.
The host was responsive (via WhatsApp) and helpful. The apartment is small, but ok for two people. It was clean for the most part.
The mattresses were ok, but the bed itself wasn't very comfortable to use for the second person. The kitchen has everything for basic cooking, but take into account that there is no hood.
The location is convenient, there are bus stops nearby.
There was an insect in the cutlery drawer, so we had to wash everything we were going to use. We informed the host that all remaining cutlery in the drawer should be cleaned before the arrival of the next guests.
In the description of the apartment, a washing machine is mentioned as if it's inside the apartment. But it is located in the not-the-most-welcoming basement, requires payment, and you should bring your own laundry detergent. I ended up not using it.
It was very hot in the apartment, but we couldn't leave the window open on the first night of the stay because of the very loud neighbors in the yard. No respect for Ruhezeit at all.

It was cozy and warm, and great accomodation had candles and a bluetooth speaker, there were plenty of towels.
There wasnt a air duct for the stove, but evereything else was great.
