Location is perfect, close to everything that is important to me. I am still staying here. Tight security at the gate, at the door, and at the room. Love the family atmosphere, the facilities, the great and prompt service from the staff, their respect for the guests and their needs. Great price, too. Just wonderful. I highly recommend it.
I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like.

Viajei 10 países me hospedando em hostel e essa foi a melhor experiência que tive!
Cheguei no endereço e me deparei com a segurança do local, com portões automáticos e interfone; Ao entrar, fui recepcionado pelo Sr. Jeferson ( tenho problema em lembrar nomes), um recepcionista padrão Ritz, muito atencioso e experiente, efetuou meu check in enquanto me mostrava a estrutura do hostel e os horários de funcionamento; De piscinas externas à academia e trilha em meio à uma mata particular, fiquei maravilhado com a limpeza e organização, pois dos 10 países que me hospedei em hostels, nenhum possuía nada parecido.
O hostel fica em um edifício dentro de um condomínio hoteleiro, um Apto amplo com sala, cozinha e 3 quartos. Me hospedei em uma suíte com 2 beliches, me foi fornecido um kit de cama e uma mantinha.
Cama confortável, ar condicionado, armário grande com chave e um banheiro amplo fizeram eu me esquecer que estava em um hostel.
Eu não tenho o costume de fazer reviews, mas desta vez eu precisava elogiar toda a equipe que me atendeu muito bem durante a hospedagem.
Em Balneário Camboriú, um hostel com uma estrutura de hotel 4 estrelas e preço de hostel de mochileiro é surreal!
Um hóspede do quarto teve problemas uma reserva e se exaltou com a recepção, mas tudo foi solucionado rapidamente. (Inclusive tem bad reviews dele aqui, infelizmente)
Senti falta de tomadas individuais e aquela clássica cortina de correr mas camas.

Cheguei por volta de 20h o Jeferson, fez meu chek list. Rapaz super educado e gentil.
Fiquei e modelo hostel quarto com 4 camas, as instalações do local ok. Porém a limpeza horrível, entrei no sábado 20h até na segunda -feira pela manhã quando fui embora. O banheiro continuava sujo, ninguém apareceu para limpar. Hospede fez comida, a louça toda suja dias, causando mal cheiro no apartamento. Não recomendo ficar em modelo hostel, só volto em modelo suite.
