It is located near the walkable streets of Buenos Aires Micro-Center, so location is ideal for almost everything you can do at the city. You have 24 hr personnel at the building's entrance, which is a bonus in case of problems. They were very polite and always answered questions and requests.
The curtains are insufficient for insulating sound and give privacy. Also a second curtain would have been a bonus during cold wether.
The air conditioning unit was not suitable to quickly heat the room, a wall heater or similtar was missed.
The bathroom is very small, if you are over 1,7 m tall you will find it very unconfortable.
