Unfortunately the beach is not suitable to go in but for suffer… but we enjoyed the white noise at night ☺️

Le petit déjeuner manque de choix et d’un buffet ou service de fruits.

- The staff in general was amazing, Esteban as host always very supportive and responsive to all our needs. - The staff in the restaurant Kairos was super kind and made us feel special, even the restaurant lead Kenia spent some minutes having a conversation with us, super nice. - The hotel provides you with the benefit of using the beach club, it has a good pool, access to the restaurant and bar - Each room has its own Jacuzzi - General ammenities in the room were nice, bathroom amenities , AC, Fridge, Safe. - You get the opportunity to go to the whole Mistico community areas, in which there are very beautiful places to enjoy in peace.

This is a matter of taste, for others this would be OK, or even a plus. So, I am sharing my personal opinion. - Booked originally a front beach room, it was as promised, really front beach, not a problem there; however all front beach rooms are pointing to a public street. So it is very common to see and hear cars passing by every 5 minutes 10 meters away from your room during the day. Also quite common to have people park in the beach and have their activities (they are in all their right to do so). We had the bad luck that the people parking were having a big speaker, loud music, dogs barking. So, in my personal situation in which I wanted a getaway place to relax that was a barrier. Eventually Esteban helped us moving us to a garden view tent. I know it was a downgrade but worth it for us in terms of peace and quiet. - The rooms are tents, there is no solid walls, and that is ok, but it also removes natural lighting since there are no windows. All tents the walls can be opened even to have a 360degree view but that is something you need to ask to the staff, not something the guest can do. So in some ocassions it felt to me a bit closed. - Garden and Frontbeach tents are exactly the same , which is good, but the difference in pricing is around $100usd/night, so unless you consider critical to have the beach in front I would not suggest the front beach. - Restaurant Kairos is delicious, but also a tent, so you miss the feeling of openness, they are making improvements here I was told. Also food is good, but average course price is $25-$50. So consider spending in the restaurant $100-$120 for each meal in the case of a couple. The restaurant of the beach club is also available; prices per meal are similar. Food is also good. Beyond those 2, there are not restaurants nearby, you would need to go out and have a 15min drive to get to Hermosas restaurants. -
