We loved the bed, it was very comfortable, the whole stuff was great, our mother really looked after us she cooked great and Maggy as well was so sweet. All the way from Durban.

Friendly and helpful staff. Place is clean
Access to the gate. It would be nice if they had a code generating system for the gate. We had to leave early and had to call for someone to open the gate for us. So if you have late commitments this becomes a problem. If they had a code system at the gate like the complexes,visitor gets a day code or single use code and just generates it or receives the code ,this would be great

Clean bedding
Book-in instructions were only whats app to me after i booked in(Night time and i booked in the evening). Booking in was a Headache, gate bell and number on wall not working. Had to 'Hoot' 3 times to get attention. And then I had to explain more than twice who i am and also that i already paid and how much. It was like they weren't even aware of my booking information or which room i booked. After the lady phoned the manager they finally showed me the room . I don't like it if i start off my booking in with personnel that has no idea of their guest that will be arriving. Booking in as a guest is the first step of any accommodation that is the foundation on how your stay will be. So need to work on their Booking-in so it can be done more professional.
