It was a good 2 nights staycation to just chill & relax away from our daily lives

The room was clean & had a nice size bathtub

We were on 45 floor , lift was super slow.. waited more then 20min & we walk 45 floor down because just couldn’t wait for the lift. There were no bathroom mat, maybe can put in the future. Had tiny ants. Didn’t bite us but it was in our packed food

Studio Not One Bedroom. Misleading Ads

Location was okay. Bit at the nook and corner of KL but walkable to KLCC. There's a nice cafe right infront of the building. Wifi was okay. Building is new and pretty nicely designed. Gym and pool was nice but bit small considering the crowd.

I booked 4d3n stay based on described room and pictures. But in reality the advertised room is totally misleading. Advertisement says I'm booking a one bedroom apartment with 700sqf but upon check in I was given a studio or 300sqf! While the room given matches some of the pictures in Advertisement but other details of the room totally did not match what I was paying for. There's no one bedroom, there's no terrace/balcony, there's no living hall. I complained to the manager asking if I was given a wrong room but he insist its correct. And after some negotiation and deliberation they agreed to let me cancel the rest 2 nights and only charges for one night. Although I appreciate them letting me cancel my fully paid booking, I really felt cheated and regretted i wasted my time and ruined my holiday with such issue that could've been avoided if they were not misleading with their room Advertisement in the 1st place.
