The quality of the beds, pillows and duvets is fantastic we had a great night sleep. Having expresso coffee was also a nice touch and much appreciated. The availability of parking is a great necessity in this area with very little parking outside, the arrangement with the neighbouring church worked well.
The street was very, very noisy, and in the evenings you can hardly sleep if you have to leave the windows open, having A/C units would help to close the windows and still sleep comfortably during warm nights. With the windows closed the noise level reduces greatlyand is not bothering. The carpets in the rooms, naturally gather dust and humidity even if cleaned, if you are alergic you may have issues with it.
