The villa was in a good location. There was enough space for us to feel comfortable.
There was a large relaxing area in the yard of the house, but it was not well maintained and cleaned. There were only two sunbeds by the pool. In the kitchen, the oven was dirty and smelled bad, so we were unable to use it. There were a lot of ants on the counter, despite the fact that we always washed our dishes.

Mycket fint hus med egen privat pool. Man har hela huset för sig själv och kan parkera enkelt. Huset har ett utekök och härliga ytor att hänga på. Utmärkt service och hjälp av Valeria. Allt var toppen och mycket rent och fräscht. Toppenläge och med bil är det nära till hela härliga Costa Smeralda.
Det ena sovrummet hade egen ingång och nåddes bara genom att gå ut, en trappa ner. Toppen om man vill ha något enskilt, men som familj med barn kan det bli lite väl avskärmat. Duschen var ej igång i det separata sovutrymmet.

I like only its location which is well geolocalized
I didn't like the property: the pool was dirty, the lawn surrounding the pool was so neglected that the next morning at 7 a.m. the gardener showed up to prune it, unaware that there were guests inside. We rested, but there was a lack of coordination with the property management and operational staff. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the living area at the entrance. The house had a 24-hour security system, and without communicating this and without first having us sign a privacy policy. The house was visually not maintained in its best condition, and for having paid for just one night, it's not worth the money.
