A very disappointing experience. This property failed to provide the basic expectations.

That we had to stay for just 2 nights in the apartment.

I would not recommend this property. We arrived in Paris at around 10:00 PM after a long day of travel, expecting to leave our luggage and go out for dinner. Instead, we discovered that the bed sheets provided for our sofa bed were dirty and stained. They had been left on a chair and looked as though they had already been used, making them completely unsuitable for sleeping. When I tried to contact the emergency number provided by the property, the person answering did not speak English and was unable to help. Despite using Google Translate, communication was extremely difficult. I was eventually given a phone number for a property management agency that did not even manage this accommodation. After spending around 40 minutes trying to resolve the issue, I was left without any assistance. When I called the emergency contact again, he became frustrated and hung up on me. As a result, we were forced to sleep directly on the mattress without sheets on our first night. The property only responded to my message through Booking.com the following morning, asking for photos. Clean sheets were eventually provided later that day, but the bed was not made and there was no meaningful apology. In addition, we encountered various bugs in the room during our stay, and the apartment was extremely noisy both from the street and from inside the building. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Clean bedding and effective emergency support are basic expectations for any accommodation, and unfortunately this property failed to provide either.

Not what we expected

Air conditioner, Kitchen was adequate , bathroom adequate , large tv , comfortable dining chairs & table .Enough cutlery and plates for 2 , 8 glasses , 2 small coffee cups and 2 slightly larger . Brand new convection microwave

Photos showed a bed , not a sofa bed. A used towel behind the towel rail . No wardrobe. No top sheet . We were on 2nd floor , No lift , old stairwell , so you have to carry bags up on well used stairs Having to roll out the sofa bed each night , the sofa bed is heavy , no bowls or mugs for breakfast, no tongs to use for cooking .

l'équipement et la proximité des commerces alimentaires et de Montmartre

La réception du code de serrure obtenu au bout de plus de 30 minutes suite à des erreurs multiples du service d'envoi de code ( personnel gentil mais peu efficace sur le problème); nous étions 2 locataires bloqués au même moment pour le même problème et impuissant mais fatigués d'attendre. La literie, peu confortable (convertible seulement)
