Ottima comunicazione con il gestore, mai incontrato di persona ma sempre gentile, puntuale e a disposizione nelle comunicazioni avvenute tramite cellulare. Posizione molto comoda per le attività che dovevo svolgere. Appartamento in ordine e molto ampio e dotato di tutti i servizi, asciugamani, lavatrice, frigorifero, forno, stoviglie, etc..
Pianerottolo rumoroso e mancanza di prese elettriche comode nel soggiorno.

Great beautiful place, everything we needed! Great location only about 10/15 min from all other spots and easy transport. Comf beds and spacious living room. Easy quick contact with owner too and we accidentally broke something and they were so nice about it too! Great value for money with beautiful views outside too.
Only thing I can think of is the ring app u need to download before arriving, noticed too late and bit of a hassle to have to go through whole setup etc but other than that, would come back here again!

Appartamento pulito e ordinato con tutto il necessario. Abbastanza vicino al centro e al lungolago, si raggiungono facilmente con una piccola passeggiata .
L'host sempre raggiungibile e disponibile per richieste e chiarimenti.
L'accesso al portoncino principale è un pò macchinoso. Bisogna registrarsi su un sito, poi ti mandano un codice... Insomma a me si è bloccato tutto però l'host ha subito risolto aprendo mi da remoto

Уютная квартира рядом политехнический университет, специально выбрал ее т.к дочь сдавала экзамен в этом университете. Салон и спальня, была возможность не мешать друг другу, салон совмещен с кухней, есть вся необходимая посуда и все оборудование для приготовления пищи, большой раскладной диван, на нем можно спать, квартира оснащена умным домом, когда было холодно включали отопление, квартира быстро прогревалась, есть стиральная машина средства для стирки белья, комфортная душевая кабина, приятные чистые полотенца, несколько комплектов постельного белья, много одеял, было все необходимое и я себя чувствовал как дома, ни в чем не нуждался, все было под рукой, спасибо хозяину за уют и комфорт, это лучшее место для жилья за время моего отпуска в Италии!
Я не смог включить отопление в дневное время, был ветреный холодный день, моей дочери пришлось немного померзнуть перед экзаменом.
