The apartment is very worn and needs major refurbishment, faulty shower door, missing floor trims, Needs decorating..... noise from the next door is horrendous and difficult to sleep, Enterance to the property and the main gate is a nightmare with no contact our whole stay or securityat the gate in the evening. Now been accused of shattering a shower door that if we had done we would have severely injured ourself on the glass shards!!!!!!!! PLEASE have an honest conversation with your cleaner who has done this after our departure. Avoid it's not worth the dishonesty

the surrounding (garden around), 20 min metro/subway ride from the centre + 15 min walk, which was ok

The place was not ready when we arrived. The second bed (a sofa) was still in its folded “couch” state and covered with something that clearly wasn’t clean. When we contacted the property, they didn’t answer the phone—only emails—and told us to set it up ourselves. We managed, but when we uncovered the mattress, we found it extremely dirty and dusty. We located sheets and a blanket in the closet and made the bed ourselves, only to realize the blanket we were supposed to use was covered in something absolutely disgusting. They asked for proof, so we sent photos. After that, they sent someone with a clean blanket. Since we weren’t at the property and they claimed they didn’t have another set of keys, they left it outside the building door in a plastic bag. This says enough about the cleanliness and overall service. The nights were terrible for at least two of us (we were four in total). It was not worth the money, and I do not recommend this place.

Parcheggio pubblico vicino e praticamente sempre disponibile la sera. Silenziosità.

Sarebbe stato utile avere: un paio di cialde di caffè per capire quali comprare; del detersivo piatti; bidoni per raccolta rifiuti differenziata. Assenza di finestre apribili. Cipolla doccia da sostituire.

Typowy loft pod wynajem - raczej hostel niż apartament. Brak podstawowych udogodnień jak np. ręcznik/ścierki w kuchni lub płyn do naczyń + gąbka do mycia. Jest czajnik + garnek i patelnia - kilka sztućców i nóż - tyle udogodnień - Ale !!! był to najtańszy obiekt w Mediolanie więc na plus stosunek ceny do jakości a z wyposażenie hostelu brałem pod uwagę w chwili rezerwacji - w zasadzie tylko spałem w pokoju więc dla mnie warunki wystarczające - do metra około 10 minut na nogach + bezpłatny parking przy obiekcie na duży plus.

Jak to loft - bez intymności. brakowało mi podstawowych rzeczy w kuchni by zostawić po sobie codzienny wieczorny porządek.
