Es waren alle sehr bemüht, höflich und nett.
Beim Frühstück gab es oft Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine. Zum Brotschneiden sollte immer eine Stoffserviette zum Festhalten angeboten werden.

Un hotel muy nuevo. Habitación de tamaño adecuado. Bonito. Buen desayuno. Nos ofrecieron un upgrade sin coste. Spa incluido en el precio.
Olía a tubería de vez en cuando en la habitación.

I had a nice stay at Visula. The hotel is very modern, stylish and well maintained, and our room was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard.
The staff were brilliant, especially the reception and restaurant teams. Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming, which definitely made the stay more enjoyable.
However, for me, the biggest downside was the price. I personally don’t feel the hotel offers enough for the cost, especially for a weekend stay. It is quite expensive, and I expected a little more for the price.
The breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. There wasn’t much choice and the breakfast selection felt quite small. On top of that, you have to stand in a long queue just to get a morning coffee, which was honestly quite stressful and not the relaxing start to the morning you would expect from a hotel.
Parking is another extra cost to consider, at £20 per day, which I found quite expensive on top of the room rate.

Neues Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Frühstück ist für diesem Hotelpreis unterirdisch. Sehr schlecht, wenig Auswahl und bis auf die junge Dame waren alle Küchenmitarbeiter sehr gestresst und nicht so motiviert.
