Experiência extremamente negativa – falta de manutenção e higiene
Só da localização.
Minha experiência foi muito ruim. Durante a estadia, precisei trocar de quarto quatro vezes por problemas graves de estrutura e limpeza.
No primeiro quarto, não havia geladeira nem frigobar, conforme anúncio e fotos. Além disso, o colchão tinha um buraco enorme, impossibilitando uma noite confortável de sono, e a porta do banheiro não fechava.
No segundo quarto, o ar-condicionado simplesmente não funcionava.
No terceiro quarto, a situação foi ainda mais preocupante: o quarto não havia sido devidamente limpo, havia moscas e insetos nas lixeiras do banheiro e da cozinha, roupas de cama sujas e o pé da cama estava quebrado. Mesmo nessas condições, o quarto foi disponibilizado para hospedagem.
No quarto em que finalmente permaneci, havia um sério problema elétrico: sempre que o ar-condicionado estava ligado e o chuveiro era acionado, a energia caía. Não era possível usar dois equipamentos ao mesmo tempo sem interrupção de energia.
Foram muitos transtornos, desconforto e perda de tempo trocando de quarto e entrando em contato com a administradora. A estrutura do local demonstra falta de manutenção e de cuidados básicos com limpeza e revisão dos equipamentos.
Infelizmente, não recomendo a hospedagem e espero que essas questões sejam resolvidas para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma situação.

Decepção
Apenas decepção, hospedagem não refleti o que estava sendo ofertado, para iniciar só foi disponibilizado quarto 2 horas depois do horário do check in, não houve disponibilidade de internet, não houve disponibilidade de televisão ( todos indicados no anúncio como disponíveis), elevador passo a maior parte do tempo indisponível, barulho de obras no prédio desde as 7 horas da manhã, enfim, resolvemos entregar a hospedagem com 1 dia de antecedência e acabamos por perder o fim de semana.
