The staff were very good. Helpful and friendly.The rooms were attended to twice a day checking on any needs. The food in the restaurant was very good. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Nowhere on the website or in booking.com did it mention the ongoing construction.Drilling sounds, one elevator being installed, ceilings down and repainting etc,etc Staying for a week I found that the service level in the hotel outweighed the disturbance level but I was just surprised that no where on the websites mentioned the ongoing construction before I booked. A mention of soft opening in 2025.The hotel struggled after a nearby lightening strike making things more difficult but the workers were always polite when I met them appearing out of a ceiling in the corridor or up a ladder painting. Two things surprising for a modern hotel. One being the apparent lack of security with no need for a room card in the elevator to access accommodation floors allowing visitors to enter.in the evenings and leave noisily in the early hours. They only disturbed me twice when they were leaving during my stay but made me wonder about security, Are visitors being monitored once inside the hotel? The other is the use of individual plastic drinking bottles. Not common these days in the better hotels wanting to reduce plastic waste. For me the good things in this hotel outweighed the negatives. I would stay again being aware of the issues.

Exceptionally comfortable bed for me. Good food choices and very welcoming staff. The hotel is brand new and has a fresh and funky vibe. Location is directly across from the Mall which is a big benefit.

The quality of the finishes is not good. Management should be very worried. The quality of the paint, the gaps in the doorways and uneven sealant in the wet areas is shockingly bad. I worry that the property will age badly. In 5 years time it will look 30 years old. I wouldn't be accepting of it from the contractors.

Location, staff and bed comfort are very good.
