We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Birmingham. The property was exceptionally clean, tidy, and exactly as described. Check-in was straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
A special thank you to Jai, who was very helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond by assisting with the parking arrangements and promptly refunding our parking costs, which was greatly appreciated.
The location was convenient, the apartment was well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham.

The property was excellent. Really well kitted out, great location, fantastic views. It was quiet and felt safe. Really handy for exploring the city.
Check-in was not straightforward. ALL guests have to provide ID online. The secure link to do this didn’t work so was asked to WhatsApp ID which didn’t feel secure but we were told we couldn’t stay without doing this (despite providing ID in person to reception). According to reception this is a frequent problem.
Keycards are a big issue. We saw several guests having issues with keycards. The keycards control the lifts, entrance to the apartments and the main entrance is also always closed and you need keycards to get in from the outside. We had to request reprogramming of cards 3 times, each time took over 20 mins and the problem was only sorted on the 3rd attempt. Twice we didn’t have time to wait so left the card with reception as we went out. When we returned different receptionists just handed the key over without requiring any further verification which felt unsafe and rather ironic considering the strict ID requirements to check in. We saw several people with similar problems over the 2 days we stayed.
Small issues in the apartment need checking - the fans in both bathrooms don’t work so very wet and steamy, no aircon so on a hot weekend it was very warm, no wifi and poor internet/5g signal (some ppl may like this), no instructions on how things work etc (gym is mentioned in property description but we never found it!)and bedroom blinds don’t close properly with windows open…not big issues but when everything else in the apartment is so good these small things are noticeable.
