Great location, really good value for money, spacious room, nice shower, comfy beds. It's a budget hotel, nothing fancy, but you get what you pay for, and we had no complaints whatsoever. Bonus Hotel Cat!
Elvira on reception was so lovely and so helpful - she gave amazing customer service. We loved Elvira! Was a great way to be introduced to Albania/Tirana.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a great location in the center of Tirana. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was pleasant and well equipped.
Everything was good. I had a very pleasant stay.

La ubicación es muy buena, está cerca de un gran centro comercial y de la zona turística
La responsable que había atendiendo no era muy simpática, nos trato de una forma un poco hostil. Al principio nos hablaba a través de una cámara que hay instalada en el lugar que tienes que hacer el check in, que está en otro hotel que hay al lado, no nos entendía muy bien y eso que hablábamos inglés. Sobre el aparcamiento, te cobran 10€ por aparcar en la calle. Es un aparcamiento publico solo que ella ha colocado unas sillas y objetos para que nadie aparque y sacar beneficio ella.
