The guest house is new renowned though the house is located in the second floor. The reception man is kind and helpful. All the faculties are new. fYI, they accept cash for foreigner.
The WiFi network is a bit weak. Hope to improve.

I traveled across the whole country and this was my favourite accommodation in Uzbekistan! It's spotless clean! Very good location, halfway between the train station and the Itchan Kala, making it very easy to move around. The beds are very comfortable, there's AC, everything is literally brand new. 0 complaints. Just perfect! 11/10 if possible
