Nice quiet location. The host, Joel was friendly and helpful. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the town centre.

An excellent place to stay in San Pedro. There’s a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils (except a microwave), where we were able to easily prepare all our meals; the host welcomed us a few hours before check-in and was very friendly. If you don’t have a car, I’d recommend looking for a place closer to Caracoles Street (the property is about a 20-minute walk from the larger supermarkets and downtown), but since we had a car, it wasn’t a problem. I should also mention that the accommodation is on the same property where the owners live, so you can hear everyday noises (like children playing and music playing on the weekend), but nothing that disrupted our stay. Everything was extremely clean and organized. We highly recommend it and would definitely return.
There were two days when it took the shower far too long to heat up—more than 10 minutes (on one of those days, I decided not to wait and took a cold shower), and on the other, my husband kept turning the shower on and off and turned on the faucet to see if it would heat up faster... that was our only inconvenience. However, there were days when the water heated up quickly.

Fatima & Joel were very friendly, they gave us all recommendations and we even could stay one day longer which was very convenient for us.
There is a lovely terrace and the appartment had hot water all the time. We were able to park our car behind the gate, which was a nice addition.
Initially, we thought: “should we book it? As it only has one review”, but it has been perfect!
Slightly remote, 15 minutes walk from the city center - which also felt perfectly save at night
