Beautiful place just at the beach at Assouindé. Choose a room facing the ocean and enjoy the sounds of the waves though the night. Behind the hotel is located a village of the local fishermen so you can also experience that side of the life if you wish. The beach is very beautiful and there is much less trash compared to e.g. Grand- Bassam. You can walk the shoreline all the way from Grand-Bassam up till Assinie. There's not much hotels after this one and its more peace and quiet if you walk towards Assinie.
Restaurant and their food is also very good, try their grilled chicken and local sides such as Attieke and Alloco. The restaurant is open all day.
The host and her son are very helpful and friendly. Helped us with any questions we had and also organised a taxi for the airport.
You'll need to pay a deposit of 50% for the stay beforehand by PayPal or similar but that worked fine with us.
I would highly recommend this place for everyone wishing a time to relax and enjoy the hospitality of the hostess!

Le cadre au bord de la mer.
Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour notre anniversaire de mariage et nous avons été déçus de la chambre :
- La forte odeur d’humidité et de moisissure dans la chambre malgré la climatisation allumée. Je suis allergique à cela.
- les draps tellement humide que quand on touche ils donnent une sensation de froid mouillé. Le matelas est très dur.
- l’ambiance dans la chambre est sombre et glauque.
- il n’y a pas de moustiquaires.
- Des dégoulinades jaunâtres sous la fenêtre montrent un manque d’isolation.
- les finitions sont très mal faites.
- l’accès depuis le « parking » n’est pas très pratique ni bien indiqué.
