It seems that the property houses multiple hotels which makes it confusing and disorganized. The location is very close to the metro station and therefore, very convenient. We noticed a lot of police cars especially in the evening. The breakfast was good and the chef was friendly and super nice.

Fresh food, good variety, nice staff, everything was perfect from the moment we got there until we left💕 will be staying here again whenever we go back to Napoli! Also very well connected to metro lines, trams and buses!

The room itself was great but no natural light. The stairs up to the room were old worn neglected. Breakfast good

Hotel was generally ok - however the location is awful! Avoid staying in the area unless you have to be adjacent to the train station….
