La ubicación es excelente, frente al mekong y varios servicios, habitación grande.
Las fotos no concuerdan mucho con el lugar, había mucho olor a humedad en las habitaciones, digo en las porque estuve en 2, la que reservamos no iba el aire acondicionado y nos pasaron a otra después de sugerirlo, otra cosa y que no depende del hotel es que pasa el camión de la basura por el frente cada noche y deja una estela de agua y huele muy mal, no es agradable.

Aleo, the host, is amazing, she will assist you for anything you need whether it is related to the accommodation or the activities in the region (scooter, minivan to Nong Khiaw, trekking...) and will follow-up until it is completed.
Location is very nice along the Mekong.
Plenty of restaurants and bars around, night market within walking distance.
As you are along the Mekong, you have the street in front of the guesthouse so it can be a bit noisy early morning when life resumes... I don't put is as "dislike" because you know it when you book it.

السكن الاكثر من جميل والاداره المحترمة السكن نظيف جداً وبلكونه مطله على النهر السوق الليلي على بعد خطوات المقاهي والمطاعم والبقالات بجانبك البلكونه اطلاله مسائيه ونهاريه جداً ممتازه

The rooms or at least the one I was in is not sound proof. With the traffic subsiding at midnight and resuming at 4 am, sleeping would be difficult unless you have ear plugs or sleeping pills or unless noise doesn't bother you at all . The blanket is thin like bedsheets and small and looks dirty. A white blanket would be better.
