It was very nice the indoor and outdoor pool made it amazing and the easy access to the beach
I didn’t like that they don’t give you more than two trash bags for the kitchen and downstairs does not have any. Also you have to wash your own dishes before leaving throughout the trash and take off all the linens to the beds

The condo was perfect and exactly as reflected in the pictures. It was very clean. The building was exceptionally clean, and there was staff everywhere. The view was excellent.
Due to a strict very HOA, the building itself has a lot of rules and penalty fees that caused a lot of anxiety. Fees if you set off the smoke alarms that were located right next to the kitchen. One morning we overcooked bacon and were literally panicked. Rules related to parking...cars were frequently booted. Rules about what is appropriate poolwear, wristbands required, fees for lost wristbands, where to smoke, what can be visible on the balcony, wearing wet bathing suits in the lobby, when you can erect tents on the beach (not before 8am), etc.
