Het was een ruim appartement met een eigen garage, super handig in Lugano. De ligging is prima, een kleine 20 minuutjes lopen naar het centrum.
Het ontbreken van een airconditioning. In de zomer is hier eigenlijk niet te verblijven. De deuren/ramen kun je ook niet openzetten, vanwege de muggen.

While we only stopped here for one night, it did everything we needed it to. It had garaged, secure parking, which was the main reason we chose to stop here, and the accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed to prepare own own food. The bed was comfy, the shower was good, the host was responsive. I would happily recommend this as a place to stay in Lugano.
There is only one thing that I believe is worth noting here, but it is minor in nature - we stopped here while it was very hot weather, and while they provided us with a fan for the bedroom, as there was a third guest stopping on the sofa bed it would have been nice for an additional fan to have been provided for them.

De ruimte, tv, en de bedden en de parkeerplek.
Het was een hele warme nacht. 30+ graden en zonder airco is het niet te doen. We hebben daardoor niet geslapen. In de gallerij werd enorm gerookt. En dat was erg vies wanneer je binnendoor naar je auto moest lopen.

Boa comunicação com a anfitriã, com informações precisas sobre o check in. A limpeza estava muito boa e gostei da cortesia da água e das 3 cápsulas de café. O tamanho do apartamento é ótimo. Percebi que havia um kit de primeiros socorros no banheiro, o que achei muito gentil da parte da Marina. Além disso, os mapas e jogos no armário, embora não os tenhamos usado, pareceram um detalhe muito simpático! Talvez, no auge do verão seja mais quente do que o ideal (um outro ventilador ajudaria muito!).
Teria sido melhor ter um sofá-cama para melhor conforto do terceiro hóspede, já que essa pessoa está incluída na reserva e, com o calor de agosto que fazia no apartamento, só um ventilador não é o suficiente para uma estadia de três pessoas.
