The young man who came to check us in was very polite and did his best to be thorough and accommodating. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Easy access to Dubai Mall. Nice facilities in the building with easy access for use. Easy check out.
No clear instruction for check in. We asked for early check in, waited long time for an answer and we got a very abrupt answer with refusal. When we arrived the contact person did not know what to do and he had to refer us to someone else. We had to wait very long for someone to come to check us in. We missed an appointment because of that and check in took too long.
The apartment is advertised as facing Burj Khalifa, but its not. The building is facing the tower but the apartment is facing the opposite side, misinformation.
The TV has no channels just a smart TV with apps that you need your own subscription to access. No local channels or cable service. Some minor cosmetic repairs are needed.
