Ubicación

Nuestra experiencia con este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante, principalmente por la falta de gestión y atención por parte de la administración. Al llegar, el apartamento no estaba en condiciones adecuadas de limpieza. Había una gran acumulación de polvo debajo de las camas y, en general, el estado del apartamento no correspondía con las fotografías publicadas. Se veía bastante desgastado, con paredes sucias y un cuarto utilizado como depósito, lleno de desorden y basura. La persona encargada de la limpieza fue muy amable y atenta; sin embargo, los problemas parecían deberse a la administración y a la falta de organización. La reserva era para cinco personas. Aunque el horario de check-in era a las 5:00 p. m. y llegamos alrededor de las 6:00 p. m., el apartamento aún no estaba completamente preparado. Faltaban las sábanas y las toallas para la quinta persona. Nos informaron que las dejarían más tarde ese mismo día, pero nunca llegaron. Solo las encontramos al día siguiente, dejadas en la puerta de entrada. Además, la lavadora nunca funcionó durante nuestra estancia. Intentamos comunicarnos en varias ocasiones con la administración mediante mensajes y llamadas telefónicas, pero nunca obtuvimos respuesta; las llamadas iban directamente al buzón de voz. Otro aspecto preocupante fue el estado del piso de madera, que presentaba zonas levantadas. Mi padre tropezó con una de ellas y sufrió una caída. Asimismo, en la habitación principal había pulgas; durante la noche recibí varias picaduras. Lamentablemente, la falta de mantenimiento, la escasa limpieza y, sobre todo, la ausencia de atención por parte de la administración hicieron que nuestra experiencia estuviera muy por debajo de lo esperado. Esperamos que estos problemas sean atendidos para evitar que futuros huéspedes pasen por la misma situación.

Todo excelente. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. La atención de Dominique en todo momento. A unos pasos de la ciudad medieval. Recomiendo estacionarse al inicio de la calle. Hay algunos cajones en batería muy cómodos y a 2 minutos caminando.
