The breakfast was excellent, with an incredible variety of everything you could possibly want. Since 2017, I have been visiting Dubai at least 2–3 times a year, so I have stayed in quite a few hotels and can make a good comparison, especially because we like to change hotels to apartment this time.
The loud thumping, music on Thursday evening at the pool. But it did end at a reasonable time. I don’t the the dinner buffet is good value.

The view of the Burj Khalifa is simply breathtaking. Having such an iconic view right from the apartment made the experience feel incredibly special, particularly at night.
The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, very clean, spacious, and ideal for both short and longer stays. Burj Vista is also perfectly located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, close to Dubai Mall and all the major attractions.
If you're looking for a stylish apartment with an exceptional Burj Khalifa view, this is definitely a place we would recommend. We would love to come back.
Nothing. There was some wifi issue during the stay, but it was sorted out.

The best thing about this place is the direct access to Dubai Mall. Very easy to go shopping, eat food, and move around Downtown. Burj Khalifa is also very close.
The apartment was clean and modern. Everything was working fine and the stay was comfortable. Not very luxury, but good enough and convenient for a short stay.
Overall, good stay mainly because of the location and easy access.
Expected little more luxury for the price.

La chambre est super, propre, parfait pour un petit séjour. L'hôte est réactif et l'arrivée dans le logement facile. La piscine à une super vue, la localisation est idéale.
Je pensais que chambre privée voulait dire, chambre d'hôtel. Hors ici, il s'agit d'une chambre dans un appartement partagé. Cela n'est mentionné nulle part dans l'annonce, ce qui a été décevant de mon côté, je pense que cette information est capitale et devrait être plus mise en avant.
