Sehr enttäuschend und nicht den Erwartungen der Bilder entsprechend

Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Zu beachten sind die Poolzeiten, was sicher fraglich ist wenn es doch ein Privater Pool ist, wer also noch Abends im Pool die Tessiner Sonner geniessen möchte wird enttäuscht sein. Vor Benutzung des Pools ist Dusch Pflicht damit der Pool sauber bleibt, wir haben uns stets daran gehalten, dennoch haben uns die Vermieter beschuldigt dies unterlassen zu haben. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat es 2-3 stark Gewittert, leider haben sie dies nicht beachtet.

Wir hatten einen sehr enttäuschenden Aufenthalt, da wir diesen schönen Bildern im Inserat trauten. bei Ankunft haben wir bemerkt dass doch alles ein bisschen Renovationsbedürftig ist, dass Doppelbett ist bei erstmaligem Hinsetzten auseinander gefallen, die TV Geräte konnten beide nicht gebraucht werden am ersten Tag. Dies wurde am Folgetag dann aber erledigt. Leider haben wir seitens der Vermieter keinen Preisnachlass erhalten, Enttäuschend. Auch die Küchenausstattung für eine Familie mit Kindern, war miserabel, 1x ein Kochtopf und 1x eine Bratpfanne, 4 Teller und 4 Gläser. Wer in diesem Appartement selber kochen möchte wird sehr enttäuscht sein. Weder ein Teigwarensieb noch ein Flaschenöffner oder Schwingbesen war vorhanden, auch muss man wissen dass die Küche im hintersten Teil der Wohnung ist und weder über einen Dampfabzug verfügt, noch ein Fenster zu öffnen ist. Wichtig für nächste Mieter, dass Zusätzliche Zimmer ist integriert in dass Wohnzimmer und ist nicht räumlich getrennt, dies sieht man auf den Bildern bei Booking ebenfalls nicht. Im Bad haben wir Schimmel an der Wand vorgefunden und die Glastüre zur Dusche hatte ebenfalls Schimmel bei der Gummidichtung, die Spülung der Toilette geht nur mit ein bisschen Geschick. Der Wohnbereich/ Wohnzimmer verfügt über kein Essbereich, dieser ist in der Küche, wird aber so im Inserat angegeben. Im Aussenbereich hat es einen Essbereich, dieser wäre auch sehr schön nur auch dort ist der Holzboden renovationsbedürftig, sogar Gefährlich, wenn Schrauben aus dem Holz ragen, wir haben uns fast Verletzt. Wir haben uns von dem schönen Pool und den schönen Bildern blenden lassen.

Schitterend uitzicht op Lugano en een heel ruim appartement. Door een probleem met de boeking konden we niet gebruik maken van het appartement met zwembad. Kregen een alternatief aanbod om in het appartement van de eigenaar te verblijven en evengoed 1 dag gebruik te kunnen maken van het zwembad. Heel vriendelijk en mooi opgelost!

Doordat het appartement normaal niet verhuurd wordt was het niet helemaal optimaal. Was voor ons niet zo’n probleem
