Location – Perfect Score
The location is one of the biggest highlights. The guesthouse sits in a quiet, sunny spot just a 5-minute walk from the train station, the marketplace, and the Nebelhornbahn valley station. This made arrival and departure effortless. 
It’s also conveniently close to the Eissportzentrum (ice skating rink). You can easily walk there in about 10–15 minutes, making it ideal for skating sessions or watching figure skating and ice hockey events. The central yet peaceful position means you’re near restaurants, shops, and trails without any street noise.
Accommodation
The holiday apartments are modern, clean, and well-equipped. We had a comfortable one with beautiful mountain views, a fully functional kitchen, and a balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee with the Alps in the background. Free private parking and fast WiFi were included, which is always appreciated.
Host & Service
The owners (the Wagner family) are friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they provided great tips for activities in the area. The property feels personally managed, which gives it a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Overall Impression
Gästehaus Söllerblick is an excellent choice for couples, solo travelers, or small families who want a central location without the hustle of a big hotel. Whether you’re coming for hiking in summer, skiing in winter, or specifically for ice skating, this guesthouse ticks all the boxes: convenience, comfort, and value for money.
