What a gem of a flat. Brilliantly located, a beautiful garden area, parking and a great sized kitchen. The little extras also didn’t go unnoticed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating (as we asked to check in early) and we could not have been happier with our stay. If we are back in Bath we will be staying here again. Thank you again for being instrumental in making our day perfect.

Great location on Walcot Street - an interesting short walk to town down this street of independent shops and businesses. We were worried about noise at night as the main bedroom is almost at street level, but it wasn't a problem.
Having a parking space was really useful.
Check in was easy and the host was quick to respond to our query about parking.

This was an apartment. The apartment is ground floor and quite a busy road. There were a lot of people taking past around 10.00 pm / 11.00 PM. The bedroom windows are right overlooking the pavement. There are no curtains - only Venetian blinds which do not block out the light. There is a pedestrian crossing near the apartment with a large flashing light. There are also bright street lights. Overall the bedrooms were not particularly dark. This is combined with noise outside. Overall the owner needs to invest in curtains. They also need to look at the rain shower which does not really work.
