Siamo scappati immediatamente

Fatico veramente a trovare aspetti positivi. La struttura ha del potenziale, se solo venisse sistemata, curata e mantenuta un minimo.

Non c'è 0 come voto, altrimenti avrei messo quello. Primo contatto per avere le informazioni del self check-in: letteralmente tempo 2 minuti e ci viene detto che non saranno più disponibili a rispondere perché devono prendere un aereo. Fatichiamo un po' a trovare la cassetta delle chiavi, ma riusciamo. Aprendo la porta ci travolge un fortissimo odore di muffa, peggio di in una cantina bagnata, nonostante non avesse piovuto. Aprire le finestre non è servito a nulla, ha aiutato lievemente far andare i condizionatori. Al divano manca completamente il bracciolo. Il frigorifero, seppur funzionante, è ricoperto di ruggine. Le stoviglie sporche e arrugginite. Le lenzuola dei letti erano macchiate. In una delle due camere c'è un buco nel cartongesso sotto alla finestra ed evidenti segni di un liquido - dalla dubbia natura - colato. Il battiscopa si è staccato dalla parete. La scopa elettrica lasciata piena di polvere. In bagno presenti capelli e peli nello scarico della vasca da bagno e del lavandino, e un rasoio lasciato nel vano per i saponi. La ventola del bagno con il WC (separato dal lavandino e vasca) non è funzionante. Ventilatore rotto lasciato in un armadio. Crepe e infiltrazioni sui muri di stanze diverse. Zanzariere rotte. Infine la serratura della porta presenta qualche problema: chiudendo dall'interno non si riesce ad estrarre la chiave, mentre chiudendo dall'esterno non si riesce a girarla completamente. Avevamo prenotato per 3 notti - da 20.08 al 23.08 - ne abbiamo trascorsa una soltanto per disperazione, vista la stanchezza e l'orario ormai tardo. Abbiamo lasciato anticipatamente la struttura, con fastidi a naso e gola, dopo la prima notte trascorsa in queste condizioni igienico-sanitarie a dir poco insufficienti.

Logement cher pour services proposés par ce logement, très mal dormi en raison de la proximité de la route

Literie acceptable et présence d’un lave-vaisselle et lave linge (mais pas d’étendoir à linge donc pas réellement utilisable si ce n’est en extérieur et bord de route).

Stationnement à l’arrache. Logement en bord d’une route où la circulation est intense, même de nuit. Logement atypique, sombre et très encombré (frigo HS dans l’entrée, ventilateur cassé dans un placard, …) TV HS car sans connexion internet. Serpillière sale qui traîne sur le frigo cassé de l’entrée. Rasoir qui traîne dans la douche, pas d’étendoir à linge pour serviette de plage, serviette de bain tachée de rouille, canapé dont l’accoudoir est cassé, …

C’è tanto da lavorare, ma ci si può riuscire.

Per chi vuole fare un tour delle cantine posizione perfetta. Sulla strada principale di Patrimonio, quindi occhio al traffico e al suo rumore.

Struttura così così, forte odore di muffa in casa. Vorrebbe essere, ma non è. Asciugamani bucati, lenzuola e cuscini che sapevano di stantio. Per chi ha capelli no phon incluso. No sapone per le mani.
