I am often grossed out by rental properties but both the building and the flat are very new and clean. The furniture and white goods are well kept and new.
The hosts were responsive and helpful, and I specially appreciated the offer of cleanings products since we were there as a family and for a few days.
We were all very comfortable during our stay and I would definitely return and recommend this property.
The building itself has minor structural issues - eg, my family and I rented two flats in this property, the wall between the bathroom and living room in one of them was thin and a sewage smell would come from time to time at this corner of the otherwise large living room. I don’t think many people would notice it and it would not prevent me from returning.

Loved our spacious apartment overlooking greenery , the property managers were super helpful , loved all about it and plan to come back
Bathroom was a bit humid due to not having a window and needs a bit of refresh but managable

Die Lage war super
Die heizung hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Dann haben wir mit AC geheizt, es hat nach Kanal gerochen. Keine Mikrowelle. Und ibwohl ich APT mit sonnige terasse (war mir bestätigt worden, dass ich den richtigen apartment gebucht habe) waren wir im stockwerk minus 1. Null Sonne. Nur ein Sesel zum sitzen. Gläser im apartment waren schmutzig sowie Sofa - der war mal Nass nehme ich an und ist nicht gereinigt worden. Und Sofa hat brand Löcher. Sonst alles gut.
