New hotel and room with lovely little balcony.The staff were polite and the breakfast quality though limited but really delicious.

In principe een prima hotel op een prima locatie. Kamers zijn niet heel ruim, maar zien er goed uit. Lekkere bedden.
In een van de kamer werkte de douche niet. Bij het afrekenen bleek dat ze catering op onze kamer geboekt hadden die niet van ons was. Het vervelendste was de mate van respons van de medewerkers. Reageerden niet op communicatie via de Booking app. Beloofden een taxi te regelen maar deden dat niet. Tot twee keer toe. Ondanks herhaaldelijk verifiëren. We misten daardoor bijna de trein. Geen ramp maar wel irritant.

Location
The night staff are idiots . They are not informed if the restaurant bill and Hotel bill is paid. I paid all a day before and told them please clear it at your end. While leaving for station , they made me wait for 10 to 12 minutes telling its not sure if paid. The actually wasted my time and put me into anxiety.
