Au top, propre et confortable

Proche de la gare, facile d’accès. Le logement est propre, bien agencé et lumineux. Logement bien équipé et même la vaisselle et chouette, on se sent comme à la maison. La propriétaire donne les infos clairement, se rend disponible et répond aux messages rapidement. De plus, elle a fait le nécessaire pour nous permettre d’avoir les clés à l’heure qu’on souhaitait ce qui est fort appréciable. Bref je vous recommande vivement !!!

Les copains n’ont pas aimé les 3 étages en escalier 🤣 mais c’est bien tout.

pas de prochaine fois malgré une bonne situation dans Lens

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de l'adresse, près de la gare et du centre-ville de Lens, avec tous les commerces à proximité et les transports en commun bien accessibles.

-1- Récupération des clés compliquée, allez dans un hotel où le réceptionniste ne sait pas où trouver la clé de l'appartement et ne nous explique absolument rien, ni le numéro de l'appartement dans un immeuble de 12 appartements. Ni même l'étage... Finir par s'organiser nous-mêmes en essayant plusieurs portes ; découvrir que l'appartement est au ... 3ème étage sans ascenseur...et ce n'est absolument pas précisé sur l'annonce n'est-ce pas, des fois que cela ferait fuir des pigeons potentiels...(à plus de 60 ans ça commence a faire haut)... -2- Appartement rénové avec du goût mais peu de soin (plinthes, plancher, peintures). Et surtout, une PENTE GENERALE important des planchers de tout l'appartement qui donne la nausée pour les plus sensibles d'entre-nous... on se croirait hébergés dans la tour de Pise. Pas de VMC dans la salle de bain. Pas de carafe à eau (ni de pot...). On se rend compte de ce qui manque plus que de tout ce qui est mis à disposition évidemment... Il est également inscrit "parking" dans l'annonce sans précision du fait qu'il soit public et payant ! -3- caution / dépôt de garantie de 300€ très inhabituel sur booking.com ; alors que le tarif fait déjà apparaitre des frais de ménage de 60€... du coup on a du prndre des photos en quantité avant notre départ afin - qu'en cas de non retour de notre dépot de garantie - on puisse avoir de qui se défendre de toute tentative de rétention abusive...
