Availability of lift, Windows in room, attentive staff
Multiple spots identified within room which were never cleaned, bathroom racks were very high, should have hangers for clothes, also should provide decent water facility, a 500ml doesn't suffice for 1 person in a hot summer day

Petit problème avec une chambre à l'arrivée, fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain, on m'en a attribué une autre sans problème. Chambre confortable, calme, clim, eau chaude, tv,nettoyage à la demande, accueil et personnel attentif et agréable ,au 5ème étage avec ascenseur...que demander de mieux ! Plein de restaurants à proximité. À 30 à 45 minutes en uber des sites touristiques, plus proche de l'aéroport, un bon compromis , le centre de Mumbai devient vite étouffant. Bon rapport qualité prix dans cette ville relativement chère, mais le prix est mérité, quand on voit les appréciations négatives des autres hôtels.
