Location was convenient and a few mins walk to the lost world of tambun
The arrangement for the keys collection could be better as the systems were not updated promptly

Nice and beautiful unit! We were lucky to get a room facing the waterpark, and the view was absolutely stunning. Access to the waterpark was super convenient—just a short walk down the street. Overall, a very satisfying stay and definitely a place we’d love to return to again!

The property was comfortable to accommodate a crowd of 10 comfortably with easy access to lost world of tambun. Pool is right at your doorstep which is a plus point too.
Customer service is really lacking. It's really hard to get in touch and it takes days for a reply sometimes even though you sent them an email and whatsapp. Calls are not entertained too. A much quicker response would have been appreciated especially when customers are travelling from far. Without a quicker response, clients may feel worried. I was having trouble paying the deposit and repeatedly called, whatsapp and email for a few days and only received a reply on the day of my stay. Not acceptable for a reputable organization i believe. Floors of the unit were a little sticky too and a better cleaning process could have been conducted. And maybe inform the clients that the parking lot is directly connected to the unit so that clients will not need to find the lift to go to the unit, especially with a big group.
